fitness: pj's chair challenge!

From PJ of the Go Fit Gals.

How many of you did not work out sometime last week because you thought you didn’t have enough time?

Heck, I’m a trainer and even I was guilty of this. Which, I might add, is like breaking one of the ten commandments of personal trainers (right after, “Thou shall not make client throw up or pass out.”)

Time never seems to be on our side, which is precisely why I developed this workout.

“PJ’s Chair Challenge” is a 30-minute high intensity workout, using only a chair. This is also the first time that we have filmed a workout in its entirety – meaning you can workout right along side of me.

I warm you up, work you out, show you modifications (so that ALL levels of fitness can kick butt) and cool you down. It’s a no-brainer, “anyone-has-30-minutes” workout.

And, if you like what you see, let us know! We also encourage you to sign up for our blog and just cause we like you so much we will send you a 1-Day Sample Plan as a thank you.
