Quick and Dirty Workout: The Living Room Shakedown

We love to work out.

In fact, if we DON’T work out we can get a little growly (you remember that movie “Gremlins”? When the cute little furry creatures got exposed to water and they turned into mean, large fanged, not-so-cute anymore creatures. Yep, that’s Risse without a daily dose of training dirty).

However, with that said there are occasions when we don’t have a lot of time to work out and we aren’t near a gym to use the tools available there.

So, what do we do?

Well, we create a workout that can be done anywhere, at anytime, with no tools and then we YouTube it, blog it and get it out there for others.

Our Living Room Shakedown is THE workout to do when the kids are in bed, the energy is low, but the spirit is high. It will work you out in less than 30 minutes and leave you feeling like a new woman again.
