Crystal will empower, enlighten, and guide you toward your greatest life! This is a twice-a-year opportunity — with seating limited to 20 women — to enjoy a day of pure love, courage-building, and willingness!

We’re going to be honest with you though: This isn’t tea and crumpets and lovely conversation. This is a breakthrough we’re offering you. (But yes, tea and crumpets will be served. LOL … )

In fact, Crystal will be cooking up a storm and serving you the most delicious lunch you’ve ever eaten while helping you to navigate your way through the stormy seas in your life.

Where There is a Will, There is a Way!

Meet her family, see her “Sacred Space”, and be inspired by her “love nest!”

Here is a sneak peek at your lunch menu: Brown rice with broccoli and orange, roast beef with horseradish, curried potatoes with chick peas, sweet potatoes with asparagus and pecans, brown rice pasta–Italian style, hummus & pita, mint couscous with cucumber, tabouleh, maple-glazed salmon, BBQ tofu with sesame seeds, Greek chicken with tzaziki, and Crystal’s own homemade Butternut Squash soup!

You’ll start the day over at the church and then head to Crystal’s home for lunch and a tour!

Here’s what some of our past participants wrote:

The Simply Woman Retreat was nothing short of miraculous transformations for all in attendance. Crystal, through loving and powerful exercises, helped us to uncover our hidden brilliance, breakdown our walls of fear, and showed us the path to our courageous truth. Crystal empowered us to shift into a higher level of conscious awakening, in order to align with the truest expression of who we really are. Every woman should attend this retreat at least once in their lifetime.

I walked in with a knowing that this day would be magical but I had never been to one of Crystals retreats before. Wondering what to expect made my anticipation palatable.

Lovely ladies met me at the door; chairs arranged in a semi-circle; magnificent live music echoed in the beautiful old church structure; a feast of fresh fruit, teas and coffee all prepared for us. Anxiousness insued.

The nerves of walking into a new place not knowing anyone faded when Crystal walked in; dressed in a flowing sheer bohemian outfit; she looked like a Goddess. Crystals buoyant energy filled the air and we were off. Enlightening information put in a new perspective was exactly what I needed.

As we all strolled next door to Crystal’s home for what I thought was going I be a regular ‘stand and talk buffet style lunch’ I wondered what the rest of the afternoon would entail. Much to my delight I stepped into this beautiful woman’s home an instantly felt transformed into a Goddess myself. A myriad of organic foods lined a table on the right; the smells were breathtaking and on the left tables and chairs wrapped in crisp white linens, the tables were set with white china and more enticing music filled the air. Words can not explain how I felt: So cared for by a woman that didn’t even know me. The time and energy of love put into this day still bewilders my mind. With wonderful conversation and delicious food, I set off for an afternoon of more insights and awakenings.

I left knowing I was changed. I am a Goddess, taken care of by another Goddess. So much love, compassion and care. This day will remain in my heart forever and the question “what would courage have me do today?” echoes in my mind as a magnificent reminder of how truly powerful we all are.

With much love … thank you to all!

Crystal, thank you so much for putting yourself out there for us at The Simply Woman Retreat. God uses you in such a beautiful way to help us realize our potential and step into our destiny. I, for one, know that there is a beautiful plan for my life (even at 70 years old) but I have been afraid of the responsibility. I made the decision at your retreat to let go of all excuses and just say YES to every open door. Since then I have been “in the flow” where I belong. It’s not all about me. When I put myself out there every need is supplied. I’m goin’ for it! Thank you, Crystal.

I have yet to find the words to express my gratitude for the most amazing magical, soulful filled day at the Simply Woman Retreat. Crystal, you opened hearts, saved souls, and the laughter OMG! Yvette Murray, Natalie Hughes, Aaron Morissette, and all who helped and supported to create such a life-changing day, we all were truly blessed. To all the courageous women I met and listened to . . . you’re so very brave and beautiful.
