A message to every coach/therapist/trainer who struggles *inside* her own head, heart, body….

Oh, my . . . where to begin with this letter. A letter I so desperately wish someone would have written to me 25 years ago. The pain and suffering it might have saved me. In any case, I am here to hopefully help shed some light on your own dark places by telling you about mine.

After 20 years of working with women, first, as a group fitness leader and personal trainer, and then as a nutritionist and coach, and now as one of the world’s top ‘coach trainers’ (I’m the founder of The S.W.A.T. Institute—an empowerment coach certification for women in over 30 countries), I have an admission to make: I believed if I kept helping *you* I would eventually help me.

And while giving, helping, rescuing, and saving others is a wonderful way to get out of your own way, after a while you may find yourself where I was: Feeling emotionally empty. Burned out. Exhausted. Anxious. Scared.

The truth is, I’d never admitted to being afraid before. I hadn’t shown fear for years. Not since I was a child. I had no one to show my fear too. No one who would understand or protect me. Or even care to listen. I learned to “suck it up and get on with it.”

And so I never ever let myself feel my own fear. It was pointless, in my mind. Instead, I channelled my fear into fuel. I used it as energy for my success. But don’t kid yourself: the fear, I discovered, years later was all still there! Raging within. Finding ways to express its Self. The emotional flashbacks (very different than memory flashbacks) were becoming debilitating.

It sounds crazy, I know, but I still couldn’t fully reveal how afraid I really was to myself. This is what denial does. Didn’t Even Notice I Am Lost. You literally can’t see your own ‘stuff’.

I had convinced myself I was fearless, unstoppable, determined, and confident, which I was in many ways . . . when my Woman Energy was in charge, but when I fell, I fell hard. Dark Nights of the Soul were becoming more and more regular.

And for the first time in my life, I knew that helping others, as wonderful as it was, would no longer be enough for me. It was time to heal, rescue, save, and give to me. Myself. And I.

Today, I am asking you to do that same thing for your Self.

Isn’t time to heal your own heart? To listen to what your body is telling you, and to shine a light on your fear, anxiety and the darkest places in your mind? Isn’t it time for you to also save yourself?

Here is my offer:

No matter how much money you make (or don’t), join me in one of the most profoundly healing journeys you will ever take. It’s inexpensive and you can do it from home or work, as long as have a telephone or computer. You will listen to a LIVE 90-minute class each week (they are recorded for you own listening convenience) for 12-weeks, and then you will join me after each call in a private forum where I will coach you online.

Here is what two of my most recent S.W.A.T. students/coaches wrote about the course I’m offering you:

“One of the amazing things about doing Crystal’s 12-Week TeleCourse is receiving access to the private Facebook group. Being able to share the Real You including all the icky bits is so freeing. The support from the other women is just beautiful. Another great thing is how the message becomes internalized. Reading will take you to a certain point then hearing Crystal’s voice helps for the message to truly sink into your psyche. This is a process. Being exposed to different media helps for you to truly live the message.”

~ Michele Hann Silva-Neto

“I started the 12-Week TeleCourse and will admit I was resistant…I wanted to put my head back in the sand and pretend I never started the process…but I kept connecting online to this amazing group of women and kept showing up to each call and doing the homework. Each week I quietly wondered if Crystal had my house bugged! It was if she was a little fly on the wall and was speaking directly to me. Her book is incredible…but please, give yourself the gift of doing at least one telecourse. It’s life changing and you will be connected with amazing, authentic, courageous women. To speak your absolute truth in a safe space is life-saving!”

~ Brandi Kay

This isn’t about ‘money making, networking, or building your business’. This is a breakthrough I’m offering *YOU*.

(Although yes, it will help you make more money, feel more confident to network, and to build your own business simply because of the new-found empowerment you will feel…but what I’m offering you is for you.)

Because YOU matter. Your needs matter. Your heart matters. Your relationships matter. And it’s time for you to dig deep and make yourself #1. It’s not selfish. It’s survival!

If this speaks to you and if you are ready to invest a small amount of money INTO YOURSELF…your future…your self-love…your dreams, relationships, and future…. I promise this 12-Week Telecourse is the answer. And if for any reason, you think I’m wrong, I will refund you every last penny! Click here for more details!
