Guacamole Hummus: 2 great tastes in one dip!
Most people love hummus. Many love guacamole. Why not combine two great tastes that taste great together? Super easy, healthy and tasty, add a twist to your next batch of hummus or guacamole and see it disappear from the bowl!
Ingredients:
1 can white beans (do not drain)
1 large ripe avocado, peeled
juice from 1/2 of a lime
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1-2 cloves garlic
1 handful cilantro
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until thick, pureed consistency.
Serve with pita, crudite or chips and enjoy!
