Finally, the cloud hanging over business has lifted and the time has come to take the leap of faith to being anew!

Contemplate these questions as you begin to rejuvenate your business:

–  How may you best refine your business model to increase your revenue share?

–  What are your priorities?

– Are you ready to do what it takes to succeed?

Corrective action will work to increase your return on investment.  However, one additional strategy will make an enormous difference in discovering opportunities, meeting the right people and establishing powerful collaborations.  Should you be one who sometimes finds doubt creeping into your mind, it is time for the Mind Shift!

A major differentiator between those who are unable and those who are able to fulfill their dreams is the inherent dedication to perseverance and lifetime learning. Your positive mindset will keep you on track and open to learning in spite of errors, mishaps and steep hurdles to be overcome.  The one change in thinking that frequently needs to be made is how one deals with the fear of failure.  As long as you are dedicated to succeeding, failure doesn’t truly exist.  What some view as failure is, for others, merely marketing research revealing what does not work.  Adopting this belief system, those headed toward success use these findings as excellent advisors for the next best direction to be tried.

Next in the mind-shift process is to track all negative thoughts that may enter your mind over the next three months.  Upon catching yourself, instantly figure out a way to reword what your brain just recorded.  Keep record of these adjustments.  Consistent monitoring of the negative and changing to a positive will teach your mind to think positively.   This is key for achieving dreams; they do come true.

Grounded in a positive frame of mind and ready to move forward, visualize where you wish to ultimately take your business.  Do you wish to leave a legacy or empower communities?  The more specific you are about what you wish to achieve, the more likely you will create the right plan.  Revisit priorities for life, business and relationships to be certain you remain on track for who you are.

The consistency in all you do creates your recognizable personal brand and enables you to attract others to you and the services you provide.

Social media fixed the dilemma of knowing who might be interested in what you have to offer.  Rather than the old push-style selling method where everyone is a potential customer, I call the newer style, Magnetic Communication – attraction based sales.  This is accomplished by posting excellent content online and posing related questions to your followings for a dialogue to begin.  Those interested in your subject matter are prompted to reply and share the dialogue.  Over time your followings grow into the thousands and a higher percentage of those reading your postings will help spread your news.  Instead of you being the one to pursue, those interested in your materials pursue you.  Posting what you believe to be the most important success tips in your field will attract those who want more of your information and will pay for your services.

As others come to appreciate your work, they recognize you as a leader in your field.   This is the point where proposals to partner on projects come your way.  At this stage, revisit your priorities in order to qualify and say, “Yes!” to the better opportunities.

One of the secret ingredients for success is to become a mentor to help those following in your footsteps.  People remember those who were kind to them.   Your brand recognition will soar.

To begin injecting new energy into your business, develop your unshakeable business tripod.  Maintain faith you are able to achieve whatever it is you set your mind to doing.  Visualize your dream every day. Given obstacles sometimes occur, equip yourself with flexibility to adjust strategy.  And, no matter the dire predictions others provide, return to your 100% committed belief you will be successful.  By so doing, you are able to change the statistics to your favor, and enjoy the journey of getting there!

What has been my experience?

While on a stretcher with a broken neck, I heard my family sobbing upon their hearing the surgeon’s prediction of my impending paralysis.  BUT at that very moment, I experienced two visions asking “Are you ready for the fight of your life?” and, “Will you learn how to believe, become and empower others?”

elinorstutzinspiredMy journey taught me it is the positive and open frame of mind that greatly enhances your likelihood of experiencing success.  Readers of INSPIRED Business A New Vision for Building Business And Communities proclaim,
