I hope you had a great weekend!

I have to tell you, for the first time in months, I had a work-free, stress-free, wonderful weekend!

paradeI took some much needed time off and chilled out with my family! We had lots of good meals together, made some home-baked goodies, had the fire going constantly, along with beautiful candlelight; we even hauled out the Christmas music! We decorated our tree (oh the smell of a real Frasier Fir tree!), and we went to see the Santa Clause Parade. Magical!

It was especially nice because in the past, I’ve certainly had my fair share of feeling stuck, stressed, and overwhelmed.

But not this year!

Why?

Well, because I’ve learned the tools to dealing with my disempowered emotions and I’ve found solid, honest, healthy ways to move through pain and pressure into creating happiness and joy. (It’s not too late to join our “Holiday Thrive Program” so you can experience the same!) Click here for details!

Yes, my life is in a great place but it hasn’t always been here! It has taken time and effort to tackle the stuff that used to keep me “stuck in the muck”, so to speak!

On today’s Crystal’s Corner, I’ve shared with you my 5-Step Process for dealing with the overwhelming feeling of being “Stuck” >>>

You know this place: It’s right between “I can’t do this anymore” and “but I’m afraid to let go.”
