It’s a New Year and if you set your intentions, it can be the best year of your life!

On today’s Crystal’s Corner, we’re talking about The Power of Intentions! One of my intentions for 2015 is to lose twenty pounds!

It’s time . . .

Over the past six years my weight has slowly crept up on me due to overworking, over-eating, over-drinking, over-numbing. Busy. Busy. Busy.

It’s time to unclog, unbog, and shine my “light” back up to the brilliance I know it can be!

One of the things I’ve decided to do is to video tape my weight loss journey to document the changes I will go through physically, emotionally, and even spiritually! In fact, I’m starting a 30-Day Cleanse Your Life GROUP Challenge today!

I want to be clear: Gaining twenty pounds is certainly not the end of the world, it’s just that for me I know this extra weight manifested because I haven’t made my SELF a priority. In essence, my intention is to remember who I really am! My outer world will simply reflect WHO I REALLY AM when I start taking better care of my SELF!

I’d love for you to watch this video and then, for you to set your intentions publicly, too!! Leave a message or comment and tell me and the Universe what you plan to see or make happen in 2015!

Let’s decide that WE MATTER — that our lives, our health, wealth, emotions, and spiritually matter! Let’s make 2015 the best year of our lives! Let’s do it together!

Love,

Crystal

P.S. If you haven’t signed up for my January 31st Simply…Woman Retreat that I’m holding at my home retreat center, click here now for details! Not only will I be shining so brightly by then, I am going to help you SHINE LIKE A DIAMOND, too!

P.S.S. The greatest gift you can give to the world is to be your sparkliest, shiniest, happiest You!
