One of the toughest things at this time of the year, especially for those who have social anxiety, is meeting new people.

We have Christmas parties and Holiday events to attend, and even making “small talk” with extended family members can be stressful for some of us.

This week on Crystal’s Corner, I simply wanted to offer a lovely, calming guided meditation that will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable in your own skin!

#TWEETABLE QUOTE:
Try to remember, the holidays are for having fun! Enjoy yourself!

I’ll be back after the holidays with some exciting news for 2015!

Warmly,

Crystal
